CupKings are stoked to announce that we can now create custom cups for any occasion!
Using our fully customisable design section above, you can play around with different designs/logos/pictures to have custom laser engraved into your cups.
The end result will be the engraving of the red paint revealing the silver base cup below as with our traditional red cups with our logo!
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be custom made and contact us for any orders of 50 or more cups!

Size
Each individual cup has a height of 12.5cm and a diameter of 9.5cm. Each cup holds 500ml of liquid and weighs 100 grams.

Care instructions
Whilst our cups are dishwasher safe we urge you to be careful! If you want to put them through the dishwasher, ensure to put them in the top shelf and coldest setting only to minimise any colour fading/peeling.
Our recommendation is that you hand wash your cups with warm soapy water to ensure they last forever!

What are your estimated shipping times?
Our current estimated shipping times are 7 to 12 business days.
What is your refund policy?
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
